Better Together

We understand that our relatives and friends may not always fully understand us. We cannot always seek the help of a therapist when we are distressed and sometimes the answers are simple, requiring only a listening ear, a good cry, or words of comfort.

Our volunteers at NABI are available to help you during your time of distress or to answer any concerns you may have about mental health and emotional well-being, including what it means, how to get the right support, and what therapy involves.

Sharing something personal for the first time can be difficult, but we all need someone to sincerely listen and help us make sense of our emotions when we are unsure or lost.

You don't have to figure everything out on your own, it's always BETTER TOGETHER
