We don't need to seek a therapist every time we are distressed . Perhaps we just need a good cry or a hug and  someone to just listen to us. 

 

Our community support volunteers are here to listen and help you navigate your emotions. Even if you choose to seek therapy, our volunteers are here to support you and answer any questions you may have about therapy. ​

No matter what you're going through, our volunteers are here to offer immediate emotional support and a listening ear. Just a message away, our community support volunteers are ready to help you through chats whenever you need it.

 However, if you have been feeling anxious, depressed or suicidal, or experiencing any form of abuse, violence or trauma; we encourage you to seek the help of a therapist.

Since we are just starting out, our volunteers are available the most during the following hours:

Weekdays:

6 PM - 9 PM
9 PM - 12 AM

Weekends:

9 AM - 12 PM
3 PM - 12 AM

You can leave a message and our volunteers will get back to you at the earliest.

FLAGGING USERS

To maintain a safe and respectful environment, please avoid making inappropriate comments, using slurs, or asking the community support volunteers for personal information (such as name, gender, age, profession or contact details).

 

Our volunteers have the ability to flag users who engage in such behaviours, following which you will not be able to seek help when you may need it. â€‹
